JOSEPH VACCARO

Joey is a seasoned executive with extensive and versatile experience in strategic planning and leadership. He began his career with Ernst & Young, where he served as a Senior Manager for over a decade, honing his skills in financial strategy and organizational excellence. Transitioning to the industry, Joey has held prominent C-level positions, including CEO, CFO, COO, VP of Sales, and VP of Business Development and Strategic Partnerships, spanning a wide array of industries. His expertise extends to both buy-side and sell-side mergers and acquisitions (M&A), making him a valuable asset in driving complex transactions and strategic growth.

Joey's board experience includes collaboration with esteemed individuals, including high-profile members such as the Chief of Staff to a former President of the United States.

In addition to his corporate achievements, Joey is deeply committed to education and mentorship. He lectured for over 20 years at Concordia University's John Molson School of Business in the Faculty of Commerce and served as a judge for the prestigious Concordia International Case Competition. His academic dedication is underscored by being awarded a scholarship during his studies at Concordia University.
