RAJ KOTHARI
FORMER VICE CHAIR & PARTNER, PWC CANADA
Raj Kothari is a distinguished business leader with more than 40 years of international experience in corporate governance, finance, investment management, and strategic advisory services. As former Vice Chair and Managing Partner, Greater Toronto, at PwC Canada, he held several global leadership roles, including National Asset & Wealth Management Leader and Global Transformation Leader for PwC's Asset & Wealth Management Assurance Practice.
A graduate of the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School, Raj also holds an MBA from Bayes Business School (formerly Cass Business School), City, University of London, and is a Chartered Accountant in both Canada and the United Kingdom.
Today, Raj serves on the Board of Investment Management Corporation of Ontario (IMCO), one of Canada's largest institutional investors, and the Schroeder Ambulatory Centre Foundation. He has also served as Chair of the Boards of the Toronto General & Western Hospital Foundation, the Ontario Arts Foundation, and the Aga Khan Museum, bringing exceptional expertise in governance, investment oversight, and organizational leadership.

Silvano Zampero is a Partner at KPMG LLP and a respected advisor with extensive experience in audit, assurance, financial reporting, and business advisory services. Alexander ("Alex") Vaccari is a senior executive recognized for his leadership in philanthropy, healthcare, investment management, and strategic communications. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for leading complex initiatives, forging high-impact partnerships, and delivering transformational outcomes across the public, private, and charitable sectors.
As Executive Vice President of The Schroeder Foundation and Executive Director of the Schroeder Ambulatory Centre Foundation, Alex leads philanthropic strategy, stakeholder engagement, and communications, including the Foundation's inaugural capital campaign supporting one of Ontario's most significant ambulatory healthcare initiatives.
He also serves as Executive Vice President of Colonial House Capital Ltd., where he provides strategic leadership in corporate communications, stakeholder relations, and brand positioning. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles with the University of Toronto, Toronto Rehabilitation Institute, Sprucegrove Investment Management, and Kingwest & Company, establishing a distinguished record of building trusted relationships, advancing institutional growth, and creating long-term value.
