PAUL ROSSETTO
FOUNDER
Paul Rossetto has been at the forefront of planning and developing commercial, industrial and residential real estate for 40+ years in the GTA. Mr. Rossetto formed Canada Tractor, which specialized in sourcing and building heavy equipment used mainly by construction firms for site servicing of master planned communities. He created Rossbro Development Corp. that planned, developed and built Canada Tractor’s head office in Mississauga, Ontario and focused Rossbro on non-profit and residential midrise condominiums. Included in these masterplan developments were retirement buildings that allowed for aging in place, to enhance the residents’ access to a mixture of housing options. He is focused on the continued implementation of various sustainable green technologies and other emerging trends into the companies’ projects.
MATT ROSSETTO
PRESIDENT
Matthew Rossetto has extensive experience in the evaluation, acquisition, and development of real estate investments. He is involved in all aspects of MPAR’s development process, from the early stages of acquisition analysis, financing, development, construction, to final occupancy. His formal education in Business and Construction Engineering gave him the skills necessary to analyze market trends and locate new opportunities, creating value across asset classes. He has built a solid reputation on his strength to create mutually beneficial relationships with land owners, investors, development partners, city and municipal staff, consultants, and policymakers.
HARSH DAMANI
CFO
Harsh Damani has had a 25-year career as a Finance and Operations executive, with a track record across industries including asset management, real estate, construction, and retail. He has led strategic M&A initiatives in Canada, the U.S., and Asia, and built and scaled international finance teams. Harsh has also provided leadership in critical areas such as board governance, audit, compliance, and risk management, while driving systems transformations to enhance operational efficiency.
ANTHONY LACQUANITI
DIRECTOR - HOSPITALITY & ENTERTAINMENT
With over 25 years of experience in the event management industry, Anthony has established himself as a leading expert, through innovative practices & approaches and meticulous attention to detail. Throughout his career, he has successfully orchestrated a wide range of events, from intimate corporate gatherings to large-scale international conferences and festivals.

Currently as the Director of operations for Bellvue Hospitality and Entertainment , his responsibility covers the entire range of activities . Having successfully navigated the event center out of the Covid pandemic in 2022 , he is now focused in elevating the Bellvue Event Centre to an exceptional experience level . As the Bellvue site is being redeveloped, his responsibility will include coordinating the hotel , restaurants and entertainment venues that will form part of this new master planned mixed use project .
